A Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), Peiper works closely with 海角原创 student-athletes, coaches, and administrators to enhance mental performance, promote overall well-being, and provide life skills education that supports success both in competition and beyond.</span><br><br><span>Prior to joining 海角原创, Peiper spent more than 20 years at the University at Buffalo, where she served in several leadership roles, including Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Wellness. During her tenure, she developed and directed comprehensive programming focused on mental health, sport psychology, leadership, violence prevention, and student-athlete development while also serving as a trusted resource for coaches, administrators, and families. In addition to her work in collegiate athletics, she continues to provide mental performance consulting through her private practice, Kellie Peiper Sports, and serves as an approved mentor for future Certified Mental Performance Consultants through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.</span><br><br><span>Peiper also teaches sport psychology courses at the University at Buffalo and has previously taught at Medaille University, sharing her expertise with the next generation of coaches, counselors, and sport professionals.
